These classes are for our athletes age 13+. Each class includes speed/ agility training, and an individual strength training program.

These classes are for our athletes age 7-12. Each class includes speed/agility training, age-appropriate strength training, and competitive games.

These classes are for our adult members who are looking for a semi-private training atmosphere where you still have an individual program.

Rock Steady Boxing

Rock Steady Boxing

These are our non-contact boxing exercise classes specifically designed for people with Parkinson’s Disease. Each class is aimed to fight PD-specific symptoms.
